Cancellation & Refunds policy
At Phuza and Paint (Pty) Ltd, we understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of your scheduled event. We strive to provide our customers with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process.
Customers have the right to cancel their event booking with at least 4 days' notice prior to the scheduled date in order to receive a refund of their upfront payment. Any cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the payment.

We reserve the right to modify or amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
